These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StatArena ("Service"), operated by StatArena ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
StatArena provides football (soccer) statistics, performance analytics and statistical match models (such as expected-goals and outcome-probability models) for informational and entertainment purposes. The Service is offered on a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription that unlocks the full statistical models, expected-goals (xG) metrics, and advanced team and player analytics.
StatArena is an analytics and information service only. It is not a gambling or betting operator and does not accept wagers or facilitate real-money gambling. The statistical models and probabilities are estimates with no guarantee of accuracy and must not be relied upon as betting advice or a guarantee of any outcome. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. The Service is intended for users aged 18 or over.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Pro is offered as a recurring monthly or yearly subscription. Web purchases are sold and processed by Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record (reseller) for those transactions; your purchase is therefore also subject to Polar's Terms of Service. App purchases are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed thereafter. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute Service data, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the Service unlawfully.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any losses arising from reliance on the statistical models or data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
