This policy applies to Pro subscriptions purchased through StatArena.
As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, because StatArena Pro is digital content/services supplied immediately, you expressly agree at checkout that the Service is made available right away, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once you begin using the paid features.
If you have not meaningfully used the Pro features, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will, at our reasonable discretion, issue a full or pro-rata refund. We aim to be fair where a charge was clearly unintended (e.g. an accidental renewal contacted promptly).
Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges; the current period remains active until it ends.
Email support@statarena.online from your registered address with your order/transaction reference. Web purchases are handled by our Merchant of Record, Polar; approved refunds are issued via Polar to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions bought through the Android app are subject to Google Play's refund process.
